Flying Rats

The pigeons in Piazza San Marco (2nd pic) in Venice have no fear of humans. If you stand still long enough they will land on you. Needless to say, we did not stand still!!!
The first pic is of the children (locals) playing near the cafe where we had lunch. We found a place off of the beaten path that was 90% locals. The Moms and Dads were having drinks and socializing while the children played nearby. It was great!

We met Yourgo (PatK spelling) in the Hotel in Mestre Venice and made a good freind. Very delightful conversation. This canal city is one romantic place. You can think what you may, but we are Christian brothers in a Catholic country.

Eagles Nest

We are in Berchtegarden, Germany. We just finished the Eagles Nest Tour, and it was great! Unfortunately, it was very overcast and we could not see much past 20 feet in front of us. PatM- STill trzying to git the "§$%& palm to werk.....but I could not be enjoying this any more. We were in Switzerland yesterday and it wuz beeeeyoooootiful. PatK. Germany has been bery bery good to me. I love the food and the bakery stuff. Luckly they do not have scales here. PatC

ALGEBRA LESSON 2Ps+1P=3Ps

I am packed and ready to go! I will be driving to the really nice, big airport to pick up my wife, who is flying in from Atlanta this AM. We will go grab a quick bite of early lunch, and then she will take me to back for my 3:10 flight to Amsterdam. I will then catch a flight to Munich and the Algebra equation will be done. Hopefully, I can get the Palm working so that we can continue the blogs without paying E35 ($52.50). If not, I am trying to come up with a secondary plan involving MMS texting. Next stop - Yurp!

Rosies?

We are in Isny Germany headed for 'Switzerland. Having a great time. We have been unable to get the palm TX to send pics to blog. Will try now to put up a picture of Rosies Gasthaus. Which is closed. Rosie has passed away. We talked to Mr Deiter who is the current owner. He wants JohnKs address because he wants to sell Rosies. It took us E35 and 55 minutes to put this on the blog because we are using german computer and screens are in German. When Pat M gets here he will fix the Palm. We iy pewter illiterit!

Well, I took the 2 Ps, Pat K and Pat C to the airport this afternoon. They are flying to Dusseldorf, Germany via Detroit. We had lunch at Dennys, and then headed for the really big, nice airport. I am leaving next Sunday, 9/21, and will meet up with them in Munich on the 22nd. The rest of the blogs should be from Europe!
